Google Fiber in my Neighborhood
It's only buried about 8 inches deep. It was buried on the side of the street that most of the water runs down so it's also quite wet. It may be okay for the summer but come winter with freeze thaw it's going to be pretty much very unreliable like they have already found out in other areas. I'm not even going to think about it for atleast a year and maybe two.
